I closed my first loan with John in December of 2020. This was a “heavy lift” as the CapEx needs were significant and the going in cash flow was very low. I was very pleased with John’s responsiveness and deep understanding of the business plan. Since that time, I’ve closed four additional acquisitions totaling over 680 units and I’ve worked with John on each one.
